Would you be kind enough to inform us what the rtsp /http /https URL format would be with the ports and credentials of the OR-101-5MP camera, What was posted at https://www.ycc365plus.com/en/ycc365-plus-camera-rtsp-url-address-and-port-number
does not work. thank you very much.
ive had my camera for a year now and now it doesnt recognize my sd card. ive tried different sd cards. ive reset the camera. ive deleted the camera from the app and the camera still doesnt recognize the micro sd card
Nu îmi mai pot accesa camerele de ceva vreme
My camera tracks horizontally, but not vertically. How do I correct this?
I found my camera recording is shorter than before. I could keep a few days of recordings in a 32Gb SD card , but now it can only keep 1 day of recording. Recently, I put a 64Gb SD in, however, it doesn’t make any longer recording.
my ycc365 was set ( i have 2 units) but my 2nd unit keeps giving me the problem that it does not recognize the memory card.
I put the card from 2nd unit into 1st and all is fine. i put another card that i know works in the problematic 2nd unit and it fails to read card. i reformatted with no success. in memory card management it says avaialble. why can i not see recordings?
Witam, nie wiem jaki czas ustawić zeby godzina była poprawna nie ma w opcjach ani Europejskiego ani Polski
My camera is not detecting the microSD card. It is a 64 GB class10 memory card, I tried to plug it in while the camera was offline and while it was online. The microSD card is working, I have tested it few times. What should I do? In what file system should the card be, FAT32, ExFAT or NTFS? What else should I try, change some setting in the app or I should try something with the camera itself?
You can try using a computer formatted memory card, FAT32 or ExFAT format.
If the memory card is still not recognised, there may be a problem with the camera or the memory card.
I can no longer reset and add my camera because the QR code has been scratched.
No QR code is required to connect the camera, please see the connection guide
