My camera has just stopped working. Worked ok for a week. It tells me if red light does not flash
to push reset button for 5 seconds but that has
not worked. Had it on charge all day thought it may be flat battery but still dead. I guess you get what you pay for

You can reset the camera and then re-add the camera.
Some people said the network password cannot be too long. We probably have to change / use a shorter network password. This is a FAIL on the APP Maker! THEN, they do not tell us how many characters can be used. How insulting when they are aware and say nothing about it whatsoever!!
My second tosee doesn’t connect now
I bought some of your cameras to deploy in a production space. For security reasons, my IT department does not want SSID being broadcasted. Every attempt to add the cameras with ssid hidden has failed. Can you say whether there is a way to add the camera to the app with ssid hidden. Thanks in advance for your urgent response.
After resetting camera I only get voice notification from the camera “configuration error please check”. It was connected before but I couldn’t get the ring feature when someone rings, so I tried reconnecting camera again, by resetting. But now camera is not functional as it can’t connect to the app. It is all fine to the point when it start connecting. It passes about 5 percent and the animation says that connection to WIFI has been done, than when comes to cloud services it beeps says 3 times “configuration error please check” and restarts. Please advise what to do. This is the second camera that does that and I thought first one was faulty. This one was certainly not faulty as it worked before I did reset. The only issue I had before is that I did not have ring feature when someone is at the door, just pop up notification, so I missed all visitors
Sorry, I don’t know what the problem is.
I am not tosee plus technology, I suggest you contact the camera seller.
Tosee plus have updated firmware on my camera when I had set it up the first time, and I have a feeling that this update is what is causing this problem.
You can try lowering the camera version.
