The device can only be bound to one primary account. For other accounts to monitor the device, the primary account must share the device to the sub-account. For the device to be bound to a subaccount, the primary account must be deleted before the device can be bound

Hi i have a 4g solar camera(smartcam). Am unable to receive notification when am not using the app. While am login to the app then if ever there is a motion then it rings to my mobile. I have already tick the motion selector. Also allows notifications on my mob. Also tick the parameter of run in background.. Help plz
