- Ensure that your Light Bulb Camera is powered on and that there is an indicator light or voice prompt when it is switched on.
- Reboot your router to rule out any router problems.
- Connect to 2.4G wifi and make sure your wifi password is correct. (2.4G Wifi has a better signal)
- Set the wifi name and password to English and numbers. (Some bulb cameras may not be able to connect to a name other than English, it is recommended that you contact your camera seller to confirm the supported wifi information).
- Reset the Light Bulb Camera and reconnect to the app.
Usually, the Light Bulb Camera hardware is working fine and you will be able to connect to Wi-Fi without any problems.
If following the steps above fails to connect more than 3 times, there is a high probability that the Light Bulb Camera is faulty, please contact your Light Bulb Camera retailer.

Are you shitting me right now ? I had to pay for the cameras, pay for the year to see full videos that I can’t see now I have to pay to troubleshoot the fkn cameras?? What a fkn joke !!! I don’t recommend these junk ass cameras at all. Just got mine. Worked for a week … maybe not that long, and any help you have to pay for. Pay for storage pay for a plan to see full videos. You suck !! Chinese crap !!

IF your Wi-Fi Router requires a MAC address for any device to connect, without that, Mac address setup in the Router management or LAN settings it will not connect.
Same mine will not pair and clearly is not an easy install as adverties, by th reviews Im reading I guess it pays to watch those or ead before purchase, I ve tried several times and troubleshooted, not working and Im over it I guess you get what you pay for but 49.00 dollars is somewhat pricey to me.

I bought a light bulb camera which can rotate 355 degrees like all other bulb cameras. When I rotate the camera clockwise or anti-clockwise, it would stop after it rotates 355 degrees.
