My security screws are stripped and stuckinside! This doesn’t even come with the appropriate screwdriver or information that identifies the screw size, so my units are all stuck. I can’t remove them without the proper tool and nothing states the security screw size or screwdriver required to remove them! How am I supposed to use these if I can’t remove them to charge them?????!!!!!! How do you not list that info in the manual or online somewhere? I regret this purchase so much! I have 4 useless ring cameras now that need to be broken to remove them!?!
How do I determine which model I have? The only identifier is the bullet for ‘Gray’ is checked. However, the top 3/5ths is black and the bottom 2/5ths is sort of flat black, with some textured dots. The bottom button is gray. It is the longer rectangular style.
How are you supposed to fix the unit to the back plate without the security screws. (none supplied)
Are additional chimes available for the T8 model, so that the doorbell can be heard in different parts of a large house?
