Why is the battery life of my CloudEdge Camera poor?
Please check whether the alarm is too frequent, because the working time of the CloudEdge Camera deter-mines the battery life, in the long working time, the more frequently the PlR, the faster the battery will be consumed. It is recommended to reduce the motion detection sensitivity of the CloudEdge Camera appropriately, and set alarm interval and alarm time plan (note: outdoor air conditioning equipment, moving vehicles and passing pedestrians will often give alarm). If SD card not working with cloudedge will I still be charged?
I would like the camera to record during the night. Do I have to leave my app open to continue to record? Seems like when I log out of the app the camera turns off.
Most cameras for this app are motion record cameras. They only record when motion is sense. The app doesn’t have to be left open to record. The app will notify you when motion is detected and will record the motion.
What is work indication setting
Work indication is a simple light that people will see on your camera to show it is working/on. If you want people to notice it at night then leave on, if you wish to have camera unnoticed then turn off.
