    my camera in 365cam a–says connecting, then says offline. my internet is online.

  2. Everything is OK when I set up the 2 cameras and login with my phone but when I try to log in on my desktop, it kept asking me for the password. I cannot be sure if I set the pwd or not. If I really forget, how can I reset it

    I have two cameras . I can access them on my phone . I have the app. on my desk top , but , it keeps asking for a password . I have know idea what the password . It does not give any choice it just says it is wrong .

    having problems with viewing alerts. I have a paid subscription for the cloud for one camera. your system does not recognize this and tried to sell me a premium subscription for the cloud. Second times this has happened in the last 90 days. please repair.
