Why is my O-KAM Pro Camera offline?
O-KAM Pro camera is offline, it means the camera can’t connect to the network properly, please follow the steps below to fix the offline problem:
Is the router working properly?
Connect your mobile phone to the router Wi-Fi, switch off the mobile data, can you access the internet normally? If it is not normal, try to restart the router.
Whether the WiF strength is full or not
Put the mobile phone to the camera installation location, detect whether the Wi-Fi signal is full? If the signal is weak, it is recommended to adjust the distance from the router to the camera.
Whether the O-KAM Pro camera is normal
If a memory card is inserted into the O-KAM Pro camera, power off the camera and remove the memory card, then check if the camera works properly.
Replace the power supply with another one.
If none of the above solves the offline problem, try resetting the camera and reconnecting it.
Why does O-KAM Pro camera keep showing that it is connecting?
- Check the wifi signal strength of O-KAM Pro camcorder, the signal is lower than 3 frames, there is a high probability that you can’t watch the video, try to move the camcorder to a place with strong signal.
- Detect whether the current network of your mobile phone can access the Internet normally.
- Ensure that the camera is normally powered, and restart the camera.
- Make sure the firmware of APP and camera is the latest version.
You can also try:
- close the O-KAM Pro app running in the background and then reopen it.
- Log out of the app account and log in again.
If it’s a 4G O-KAM Pro camera, please detect if the SIM card’s is in arrears.

Have your 2.4/5G Light Bulb Camera. Worked fine for about a day. When I can get the O-Kam Pro app to connect to the camera it tells me the 2.4G wifi signal is strong. Seems the problem is keeping the app connected to the camera. I have all three items in the same room at this time (Router, camera & phone). The app will only monitor the camera for a few minutes at a time. Then you have to shut down the app, wait a while and restart the app. Sometimes it will reconnect to the camera and sometimes it wont. when it does connect it loses connection after a minute or so. Is there a fix for this, possibly another app to control the camera or should I just send it back to Amazon for a refund? The Video from the camera is great but without the app there is no way to control it.
my camera wont connect to live when i am not at home or on WIFI. it still send me movement notifications that io cant watch and i cant load the live, but if i am at home it works fine.

Tengo una camara o-kam de doble lente, pero en horas de la noche si la muevo o tengo activada alguna configuracion de seguiniento humanoide o de vision nocturna que no sea blanco y negro, se desconecta y se queda bloqueada en el proceso de encendido de la misma, se va a una esquina y no deja de intentar encender. No se si es por tema de firmware, porque cuando la compre venia con una version anterior y lo actualice. Actualmente tiene la version de firmware 10.194.140.21.
I bought the TWO camera package and one of the cameras will not work. It got a picture at first and made a grinding sound when it tried to move. After that, the camera seems dead. What can I do?
